Wallie Cards?
DD has brought up subject of Wallie Cards?
Something about prepaid credit card?
OH just refuses to get her one and no one will tell me what the card is!
Now DD is moaning to me to get one off the internet from a trusted person
???
Advice would be brilliant!

P.S. I think she plays the internet game Runescape and it is for some sort of membership...

A Wallie card is like a pre paid debit card.
You chose the amount you put on the card is up to you - and it can be spent right up to the last penny.
As far as I'm aware there are no credit charges for using this card ie: if you put £20 on it, you can spend £20.
Useful for children to some extent I suppose.
You can google for loads of information.

Re: Advertising, take a look at this thread, if you haven't read it before:

Please PM a Mod first to ask for permission to post an advert. A genuine reply to a request for help from a long-standing member will not usually be a major problem.
It is also worth checking the site a bit more thoroughly - some apparently very innocent sites can carry very adult-oriented adverts, or have other sections that would be inappropriate.
The Mods are still happily squabbling down in the Dungeon over site policy on advertising.
