Bancroft Interviews

Any idea when Bancrofts start calling for interviews?

I understand from speaking to the admissions registrar that interviews are scheduled between 1 Feb and 7 Feb (including Saturday 4th) so I guess they'll have to get around to calling for interview pretty soon if they haven't already done so yet. We haven't heard yet so I'm hoping that's because they haven't got their act together yet rather than because we're not getting called.

Yes we're hoping the exact same thing!

Last year the exam was on the 16th and the call for interview came on the 26th - and as they warn in the letter we got this year it really was short notice. (DS was interviewed on the main Saturday of interviews rather than the weekdays, though I'm not sure what difference that makes).
Going by that measure, I'm hopeful that we would hear from them around Tuesday /Wednesday this coming week... which would be around 10 days also.

Thanks, this is good to know. I just got nervous as my friend who's dd is in Bancrofts prep and also sat the exam (as did all their prep) got an invite. I'm thinking maybe they're interviewing a selection of their own students first?

DS was interviewed with a boy from the prep last year. I'm not sure how they prioritise who they invite and when. Just know I'm getting more and more nervous!!

Yikes.. this is not good for my nerves! However, going by what Ceekay says...it may well be 10 days. Who knows, Bancrofts might be changing things up this year. Best of luck to all! X

We have not heard anything yet.
But the interviews are going to be on the 01.02.2017.
Do they send the interview invitation in batches?
Does anyone know?

Yes I believe they're in batches from 1st-7th Feb
