Results are out! They haven't given much guidance on the scores.

My daughter got 112.51. Can someone please help me interpret this score? It's above the 104 passmark, but is it likely she will get an offer? Thank you and good luck to all.

Passed:

Total standardised score: 115.21

104 was needed. For your information only, on 1 March 2023 the last candidate offered a place at Ilford County High School for September 2023 entry scored 111.38 from inside the common catchment area.

I'm sorry for the stupid question but what does cut off mean? Does it mean everyone up to that offer received an offer the first time round? Or is that the wait list cut off? Thank you in advance

Just noticed it's 112.29 for Woodford county. !

Hi all,

How have cut offs moved over the last few years? We have last year as a guide in the email, but does it generally increase a couple of points or is it fairly static?

Thanks in advance

Generally, they mention it in the email. It doesn't specify this time?

Couple of marks extra from last year cut off is generally a safe score.

Hi all, when does Redbridge publish full list of scores for 2024 Grammar school entry, with the passmark being 104 and the email advises you to apply for grammar school if the child gets above that score, surely it depends on the scores of the other candidates, so does a score of 105 / 106 actually get entry?
