Thanks sonasona. This will address the late sitting abuse issue. Good development.

Less than 80 days to go now :)

Any guesses on cohort numbers for this year? I'm predicting closer to 1000 this year!

I'd like to think the changes to catchment rules will keep it down a bit.

Haven't heard anything different yet. Read in the admissions policy -
Kendrick School will inform Reading LA of all applications received.
The question is, when will the school inform Reading LA and if/when will Reading LA publish on their website ?

Thanks sonasona.
"From memory around 650 in 2012 and 850 in 2013 sat Kendrick"
Do you think the 850 number will go down this year ? Kendrick doesn't stop OOCs sitting the exam and some people can be over optimistic, use it as a mock for other Schools (HBS, Tiffins).
Wonder, how this will affect the 109 pass mark.

I hope so berks_mum, anyone can sit it but they won't count if they don't already live in the area 8)

I still reckon circa 115 qualification score if they still stick to the max 141 mark. We don't know enough about the breakdown of subjects, score range etc...........can't you ring Kendrick and ask them berks_mum? They are bored of hearing from me

btw with 57 days to go where is everyone else? Where's amnash?

If I recall, there were 776 who sat the test last Oct. I would have thought changing the catchment rules will limit the numbers somewhat (except for the mock tourists).
