Since 2004 we have invested a considerable amount of time, effort and expense in producing quality original content that is written by professionals in the 11 plus field for the benefit of our website users.

No reproduction in whole or in part, of the content of this website or our publications, in any form is permitted, whether made for commercial gain or otherwise. Our website users are permitted to use content that we have made available for download on this website for their private and personal benefit only, namely to enable them to help their children prepare for the 11 plus exam.

Any infringement of this notice by tutors will attract a civil or criminal liability.

1) A formal legal notice requiring immediate removal and cessation of use of our copyright or plagiarism of our material and a signed undertaking from the infringer to refrain from further infringements or plagiarism. We will also seek to recover damages where considered appropriate.
2) In the case of infringements or plagiarism by websites, a formal legal notice will also be filed with the following: -
- search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN etc. This can result in your website being removed from search engines and being shut down.
- any advertising partners such as Google Ad sense, Yahoo, and Blogger. These advertising partners only wish to work with reputable sites.
Legal enforcement action will be instituted in the event that the infringer does not co-operate with any legal notice served.
Infringers of our copyright, against whom we have obtained judgement in the past, have not hitherto been named, but notice is hereby given that any future infringing parties can expect to have their identity published here.
