I can’t see how to accept the place we’ve been offered. Does anyone know how?

Which school place was offered? Would you like to share other details like score, IC/OOC etc?

I hope you get this sorted quickly - how stressful.Totallyutterly wrote:ToadMum wrote:Which local authority do you live in? Portal not showing any allocation at all for us. And it should do (others in area have them at midnight)
Have checked I got the application confirmation email about ten times since 2am.
And logged in and out but nothing there.
Feel quite sick! And no sleep for me now.
Southend. So they were out at midnight. Checked with others and all out.
His portal shows no application at all. But I have the email conformation

Thanks Leighmum
Update. Managed to get through to the admissions office on the phone.
They have the application. I should have got an email. The portal is not working for me specifically because of an admin error their end.
But they can't tell me the school he got.
I have to email in and request a new email. Currently they are taking up to ten days to reply.
Beyond frustrating.

Annoying but I'd be fairly certain you got your first choice. Would the primary heads have been told yet - might be worth a visit to school office?Totallyutterly wrote:Thanks Leighmum

If you are an Essex CC resident and have been offered a place at an Essex CC area school, then you don't have to do anything to accept it (unless the rules have changed this year). If the school is in a different LA, you should check with that LA.Appuskidu wrote:I can’t see how to accept the place we’ve been offered. Does anyone know how?

Thanks TodaMum.
Here is mine...
CCHS - waiting list
CCHSG - place offered
3rd - not offered
4th - not offered
5th - not offered
I couldn't find any option to accept the offer. It seems, it is implicit.
I already asked similar question in separte thread.
