Re: Parmiter's Cut Off - priority postcode
In my opinion 14th place on the list is feasible, The movement varies every year. My daughter was in the early 20's and got in May 1st 2018. After the first movement, we wondered if she would ever get in, but sure enough she did. A classmate who started on the list in the 30's also got in, but that was later in June. If they really want to go to Parmiter's, then it's worth staying on the list.

Thanks watfordmum2018 - I think I'm cautiously optimistic. I do wonder if economic uncertainty could mean fewer give up their places in favour of the private sector this year though?

We were 13th last year and it went lower so no guarantee for this year but 14th would have made it last year. Don't forget that some people on the wait list will drop off and accept other schools. It's just going to be pot luck. Good luck!

Really useful, thanks Spanner! I've also emailed their admissions officer and asked how far down the Continuing Interest they've gone in previous years.
