My daughter really wants to go to the all girls school (though there is now boys in the 6th form) I think because the boys she has in her class in primary school mess around and disrupt lessons and my DD loves to learn and get on and I think she has this fixed idea that wont happen if there is no boys.
I haven't visited the school yet so will wait and see if she likes it and of course there is always the fact she needs to pass which she should hopefully do.

Just To add that went to an all girls school and I had no trouble socialising
