Hi can anyone help..two years ago my ds sat the kent test. He said maths etc was fine but really stuggled on the NVR. He said he had not come across any similar types before in the Bond papers etc. Can anyone recommend any similar type papers as my younger DS will sit it next year and have just started getting some practise papers.
Re: VR
if it was VR then bond are not suitable.
the best practice tests are nfer as they are the same format as the real test.
suitable material would be tutors e-papers or CD http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/cd/
or ips.
Kent usually only does the first 15 types as shown here
http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/cd/
although i usually briefly cover 16 to 21 - often called the HIKNOS types as very occasionally one of them ahas popped up.
You can use Susan Daughtrey tests ( NOT the books) - they cover the additional 6 types , but are good for practice ..
make sure you buy the multiple choice test papers not standard version.
