Hi Nathair
Glad you got the letter - never sure if I trust online bookings - nice to have a real of paper in yr hand!!
The exam is held on three days - usually something like tuesday, then friday then next tuesday. the OOC children (or at least the children at out of catchment schools - even if they live in the area!) take the test at the Town Hall (girls ) or the boys school. One year they did it at the Rendezvous Hotel - I think the boys school couldn't free up the hall or something like that. The candidates either do mornings or afternoons, DD did mornings and that was fine - I think they try and put girls from the same school together. we lived away ( a long way away!) when DS did his test and they helpfully put him into the afternoon session so travel was easier for us. I reckn if you have a preference you could express it.
Good luck with the prep !
