Many other areas also announcing delays following the recently published non-statutory guidance by the DfE ("Guidance on entry testing for admission to state-funded selective schools during the coronavirus outbreak").

Would've rather got it over and done with to be honest. But I understand why they have delayed it

Will not do as much practise as planned during the summer hols (yeahh!!) and get back into it in September...otherwise it'll be too much as DD has been working hard the last couple of months.

I received an email stating the date as “19th October “.I wish they had got this over with and not leaving it till the children went back to school and started mingling once again.Any thoughts on how they would go about the 31st October secondary school application deadline? From what I hear they are not changing the deadline.appreciate your thoughts please .thanks
