I agree, tiffinboys, the op presumably has good reason for doing what they are doing, will make a decision as soon as is possible and will release the spare place accordingly. Home ed or no is of no relevance, no school would claim that parents don't have the right to think about their decision, so long as the parents as prepared to swallow lost deposit in case of indie, but as for GS, the place is theirs until they release it and scaring op by claiming their name will be mud is no help at all.

I hope the op finds a way to make the decision soon, and the right one for their child, without feeling pressure from anyone else.

Thank you tiffinboys, i posted a question and wanted some information wrt our situation. Unfortunately some post are not very nice [Edited by moderator]. After reading this thread and comments from everyone it seems every parent is right in their own way. You really have to be in one's shoes to understand the situations.
