Perhaps repost or ask the admins to move to the Bexley & Bromley board where they will have more local knowledge. I saw a post about someone else who did similar but for a different region and the LA there apparently told her to put the schools on the CAF and then appeal and apply for a late sitting test. Even her mitigating circumstances of having been diagnosed with cancer were not deemed a sufficient reason to let her child register and sit the test on the normal round. However I haven't heard of St Olaves having a late sitting.
From what I know of St Olaves (having a DD about to start at Newstead) is they administer the test themselves and the LA is unlikely to be able to help.
I do find it odd you have only registered today and this is your first post six weeks after the deadline. Perhaps I am getting over cautious with past fake posts.
