If this is legal and not breaking Greenwich ruling, then every school can have in-borough catchment.

Not sure of the legalities of this but it was very much a one-off scenario whereby the borough could not cater for the number of school places as planning permission was denied for the temporary schooling facility. A number of children would not be starting school in September if they had not intervened like this. I would also suggest this is very much a one-off for 2020 entry. 2021 will be back to normal

The impact of this would mainly have effected the in catchment cut off. Out of catchment would not have seen significant change.
