OK skip Rightmove and just ask around for details of local primaries. At least the current vacancy list is available on line to give an idea of likely place .

Yes, local house ads here still sometimes helpfully include 'x or y grammar school catchment' when so would be somewhere several miles away. You still have to pass for that to be in any way relevant (though one of DS2's friends told him that she would get a place at a local GS despite not getting a qualifying score, because she lived very close to the schoolGuest55 wrote:It also doesn't understand 11+ selection ...
