We live in Solihull, West Midlands. We got the letter of offer today (1st March). Where is the confusion? The BBC News has said offers will be made 1st March. Why is there such a large post regarding 2nd March..... I would appreciate any clarification or confusion on my part.

Congrats on getting your results today!

National Offer dAY IS TODAY.

However for some reason lots of counties are interpreting it accordingly to their own requirements. Could be that online applicants would know before letter receivers ,so to make it more 'Fair' , all results arrive on the 2nd March to allow the post to get totheir destinations.

But not every county does this and some like yourselves have already received the news whilst we are still waiting!

It would have been nicer if everyone got their post or online answer TODAY...on National Offer Day

It would certainly be fairer and less stressful!!!

In Kent, those who registered online got their results online today.
The postal results have been sent out today- so will be received on 2nd March.

The waiting goes on.....

Congratulations, Happy Parents on your result.

I think it would be alot fairer if they posted the results out on the 28th, as your county obviously does , to arrive on the 1st March.

That way National offer Day, would be exactly That!

The powers that be, obviously don't have children!!!!!!!
