Student Loans ARE now considered for mortgage applications

So, it seems as if our greatest fears have been realised. Student loans are now being taken into consideration when applying for mortgages under recent changes. As the majority of youngsters these days are encouraged to go to university, together with high house prices, it seems in a few years time that no-one will be buying houses. Well, that's one way to bring down the cost of houses!

I guess it's hardly surprising as it is an outgoing, like any other payment. Looks as though we will all have boomerang kids...
