100 UMS is not 100% by the way.
In AQA
Physics paper 1 55+/60 was 100 UMS.
but note

Yes appreciate that, I doubt many/any get 100% raw marks except perhaps in maths/science.
We got a weird combination of UMS and raw marks from the school e.g. languages were definitely UMS but sciences were raw marks. The 100 scores that he got definitely came from the UMS-quoted subjects.
[edit: got that wrong, it was raw scores and he did get 100% in one and 50% in the other. the whole system is baffling and I work every day with statistics!]
