Online CAF form help!
Please can someone confirm if we need to upload/attach any documents with our online applications - such as proof of DoB and address? I have looked through the help files but cannot find the information. Thanks!!

Happy for Mods to delete this thread. But in case others haven't found this info too - here is what we need to upload:
Secondary admissions
Online Application Open Date: 01/09/2014 00:00
On-Time Closing Date: 31/10/2014 23:59
Publication of Outcome Online Date: 02/03/2015
Upload Supporting Documents Deadline Date: 31/10/2014 23:59
To determine residence*, at least 3 current documentary proofs are required to support your online application, and should include 3 from the following list:
•Your most recent Council Tax statement (mandatory) – or payment slip/book showing date payment made and your address;
•Tenancy agreement together with your copy of the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme coverage or other deposit protection as applies to the tenancy;
•Utility bills e.g. Electricity/gas/water/landline phone (within three months old);
•Tax credit award notice (TC602) for the current financial year 2014/15;
•UK Driving licence;
•Rent book.
By the deadline of 31 October 2014 you must scan, save to your computer/device, then upload these documents via eAdmissions rather than email them to us. If you cannot upload the documents please send us photocopies of the above proofs (again, by the deadline above), clearly marked with your child’s name and date of birth and/or your child’s unique Application Reference Number, to:
