At last
Our son passed the 11+ and got his first choice - Rochester Maths. We are so pleased, it was the best school we saw from our visits back in October 06. What a long time ago. Months of anguish and stress. But it's been worth it. Unfortunately, the hard work starts again when he gets there.
Commiserations to all those who didn't get their first choice, I hope you are all successful with your appeals. I believe it's worth the stress and effort with an appeal. Grammar school gives your child the opportunity of a first class education without having to take out another mortgage or sacrifice your current lifestyle.
