Urmston Grammar point system
Hi, I have stumbled across this fab website when looking for information about the scoring system for Urmston Grammar. I received the test day instructions yesterday and was hoping that there would be details on there but there aren't.
I'm completely new to 11+ and cant make sense of the 355 pass mark. How do I find out what it is out of and what each question is worth. The info that I know is that there are 56 English questions, 50 maths and 40 nvr.
I did wonder if each question was worth 3 marks and therefore the total is 438, but this would mean that the test favours students that are stronger in English and then Maths. Is this correct?
Thanks in advance!

You can't find out how much each question was worth because the score will be standardised.
You won't know what percentage is required to get a specific score until all the results have been collated and standardised against the average which will be 100.
