But that works both ways, Anand's questions were often very abrupt & demanding with no thanks, either in advance or afterwards for the help given. The tone of the questions may possibly be a language issue, but thanking people is easy, gives everyone a warm fuzzy glow & is more likely to result in sympathetic & helpful answers.lefol wrote:I actually do feel quite sorry for Anand. This is very true. Let’s not forget that behind this forum there is a community of people who are giving their time to help out parents in what is, for most of us, a very stressful time. We’re only human, after all, and are more inclined to help those who are polite and those who help others.
