home tutoring for 11 plus
Dear Parent,
I have recently joined this forum. We have decided to teach and prepare our child, who is in Yr5 this Sept. {Bucks and Berks exam]
We are unsure whether we have taken the right decision for our child or not, if we do teach ourselves, then what books, websites do we need to have in order to go ahead.
we need your opinion, if anyone had done this before.
please help and advice

Lots of people DIY. Where are you based? Just make sure that you are likely to get admission to you preferred school based on distance (DCs have to achieve a score of 121+ and then it is entirely down to distance in Bucks). Berkshire is different.
You might be better looking in the regional sections. I'm not familiar with Berks, but information about the Bucks test is here:
